Chairlog is licensed, not sold, to you under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms.
Chairlog Pro
Chairlog Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks Pro features on devices using the same Apple ID. It is not a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Your records
Chairlog helps you record and summarize income. It is not accounting, tax or financial advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping backups. Check important figures before using them for taxes or business decisions.
Acceptable use
Don’t reverse-engineer, resell or misuse the app. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store your clients’ names in the app.
Availability and changes
We may update, change or discontinue features. We aim to keep the app working, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Oleksandr Prent (Hairtech) is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data or profits, arising from use of Chairlog. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Chairlog Pro.
