How does calendar import work?
Chairlog reads appointments from the calendars you choose and shows today’s as chips on the Today screen. Tap a chip to add that client, then enter what they paid.
- Allow calendar access. During onboarding or in Settings, allow Chairlog to read your Apple Calendar. Access is read-only.
- Choose calendars. Pick which calendars to show, for example only your work calendar.
- Tap an appointment chip. Today’s appointments appear as chips on the Today screen. Tap one to add that client, then enter the amounts.
Is my calendar data private?
Yes. Chairlog’s calendar access is read-only and stays on your device. Chairlog reads appointments to pre-fill today’s client list; nothing is ever written to your calendar and appointment details are not sent to Chairlog.
Catch up on missed days
Forgot to log yesterday? Chairlog pulls in your last 7 days of appointments, so you can fill in earnings anytime. Nothing is counted until you enter amounts. A daily reminder at 8:00 PM also helps you close each day.
